Beth’s Friday Favorite-Running Shoe

Good Morning! Today I wanted to talk about my favorite running shoes (well, actually I use them for walking!). I have worn Nike shoes for YEARS and at the beginning of the year I started having knee pain while I was on my walks. I did a little research and realized I probably should be replacing my shoes more often than I do (walking 3-4 miles every day adds up!). I was planning on getting another pair of Nike, but then I kept reading reviews about comfortable New Balance shoes were and I’ve never worn their shoes so I decided to take the plunge and try them. WOW! I wish I would have tried them years ago. They have a lot of running shoes to choose from so it took me a little bit to decide which I liked best. I went with the Fresh Foam Beacon v3. Aren’t they just adorable!

I just think these shoes are so cute and the level of comfort my feet feel in them is amazing! The first thing I noticed about these shoes is that the are so lightweight! Another thing I loved is how comfortable they were right out of the box. These shoes feel great on my feet and my knee pain has greatly improved too. (I think the pain in my knee could have been in part to my shoes being old very low on cushion 🤪). I definitely understand why so many people had so many great things to say about New Balance shoes. I saw a really cute pair of “lifestyle” shoes I’ll be purchasing in the very near future…I’ll let you know what I think of those once I get them.

Ok, that’s my favorite running shoe…whats yours? Let me know in the comments. Have a wonderful weekend!
