Great start to the day!

This is what I wanted to eat for breakfast:

But, I was (surprisingly) good and instead I ate this instead:

And then I did this:

After my 3 mile walk (3.35 miles to be exact!) I was really happy I didn’t give in and eat that donut that (at the time) I really, really wanted this morning!  Now I feel SO much better both mentally and physically and I’m ready to face the rest of my day. Do you ever have days like this too?
